About Me

“In the middle of London, people and cars fly around, sounds coming from everywhere. It is chaotic, busy, fast. The air is brimming with stress.

I am stepping out of my first Yoga practice. I feel the ground below my feet. The breath in my chest. My mind is empty for the first time in living memory. The constant anxiety, overthinking, judging, and comparing - all gone. I know that something very important happened, but I have no idea what it means. Soon, the state is gone, and I don’t know how to keep it. What I know is that I am coming back to Yoga.”

This was 8 years ago. Since then, I’ve delved deeper into Yoga, Mindfulness, Embodiment, Relational arts, Shamanism, Stoicism, Taoism, and Psychology.

What I found out along my journey is that all of the different approaches, spiritual practices, and Western modalities ultimately come back to the same core goal - supporting presence and aliveness.

With each passing year, I feel more alive and whole as more parts of myself come into consciousness. While before I felt lost, for the first time in my life I feel at home, rooted.

Recently, I’ve decided to move away from the city into a very small village in the Bulgarian mountains, following my dreams. I quit my well-paid 9/5 job to follow my deeper purpose in life - supporting individuals in their transformational journeys.
