My approach is holistic, combining Western and Eastern tools and methodologies.
I am a practiced Yoga instructor and Mindfulness practitioner. Spiritually, I am closest to Daoist philosophy but most of all, I follow my own experience.
On the other hand, I am a natural problem-solver, heavily grounded in logic and proof.
