A man with light skin, brown eyes, a well-groomed beard, and dark hair tied back, wearing a dark gray textured shirt, looking at the camera against a dark background.

Hi, I am Tanka

I want to empower you to love all parts of yourself so that you can embrace life fully.

Wholeness

At the core of my approach is the idea that we are already whole and nothing is missing or in need of “fixing”.

Wholeness is a path of Self Love that has completely transformed my life.

With my whole being, I trust that it can transform the world, too.

Three men are interacting closely in a living room, with one man lying on a beige sofa and smiling, another man with glasses leaning on the sofa, and a third man with his back to the camera. The scene appears friendly and warm.

Eagle’s Nest is the heart of my work.

An online community for authentic connection, growing self-love, and the kind of transformation that happens when we feel safe enough to stay true.

We gather weekly for small group sessions (Transformational Connection), stay gently connected between them, and — for those who want it — deepen the work with 1:1 sessions.

It’s a space held with care and presence — where we grow by being real, not by being perfect.

If you’ve been longing for a place to land, to unfold, to be met as you are — this is your invitation.

Transformation

Transformation is the natural movement of life expressing itself through us — the unfolding of what already wants to be seen, felt, and integrated.

It doesn’t need to be forced or chased.
It’s not something we make happen.

It happens when we get still enough to feel what’s true.

A man with curly dark hair and a beard embraces a woman with curly multicolored hair, holding his arm around her shoulders while she places her hand on her chest, closing her eyes in a heartfelt moment at a social gathering indoors.

A soft entry

Not sure if Eagle’s Nest is your next step?

You are welcome to begin wherever feel right.

I’d love for you to join a Transformational Connection group session - the first one is on me.

If you prefer to start your journey with a 1:1 session, feel free to check out Transformational Coaching.
