This is a 2-hour guided experience designed to help you face the fears you often avoid—whether they’re big or small, known or hidden. Through gentle somatic practice, presence, and support, you’ll be invited to move closer to what feels unsafe and discover what lies beyond it.

You don’t need to be “ready” to face your fear fully—just willing to take a step, even a small one. Together, we’ll create a safe, sacred space where fear can be approached with openness and courage.
