How will a session go?

There are no scripts or predefined agendas for how a session might look like - the unfolding of a session is emergent and grounded in presence. Moments of not-knowing, lostness, and confusion will not be “fixed”, but embraced. All parts of you will be held with openness, love, and insatiable curiosity.

• Allowing what is here and now - from stories to subtle somatics and energetics to spirit/source/god.
